Returns for VAAST Bikes or other products purchased on vaastbikes.com are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Item(s) must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Refunds will be applied to the payment method used during the original transaction
Returns for VAAST Bikes purchased at an Authorized VAAST Retailer are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Bike returns must be made at the Authorized VAAST Retailer where the original purchase was made
- Item(s) must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Refunds will be applied to the payment method used during the original transaction
